It's one of those nights my mind goes of to journeys best known to itself, making occasional stop overs at memories, experiences, pressing issues et al.
So am looking at this picture and the only thing I can relate it to is genocide. Yes, you know when people who perceive themselves "stronger" than the other people they are supposed to coexist with and decide to wipe them out ??
Like when blood ran like rivers in Rwanda? And nobody could help? When human beings hacked other human beings to death with no remorse at all?
I believe you get the picture now. We are at war.... we are getting wiped out of existence and our feeble pleas for mercy hit deaf ears.
We are experiencing global climate change, the new episode of the sun scorches like it's been paid to. Rains aren't coming like they used to. Planting seasons aren't sequential any more. water sources are drying up. Drought and famine are now national disasters.
And all for what?
Some selfish individuals would rather harvest trees than plant them. Some selfish individuals would rather clear a forest to settle in than preserve it.
Where did we mix up our priorities? When did we get too much into greed untill we don't care about the future?
What is happening is wrong and am calling out to you all to come together and condemn this.
